Peak Lenin stands at an altitude of 7134.3 meters. It   is one of the most well-known, available, and therefore frequently visited peaks of 7000 meters of  Pamir. It is widely believed that Lenin Peak  is the easiest of all peaks of 7000 meters in post-soviet area. It is true, but it is not absolute real fact anyway.  One must not forget that   the height of Lenin peak exceeds  7,000 meters. This fact itself   is considered to be high-altitude mountaineering. The route, climbing to Lenin Peak,   is not technically difficult.  But unpredictable weather and altitude sickness  may  play a crucial role in the success or failure of your expedition.
